Deadline   30 June 2002, 80 % fees should reach the Organizing Committee account till 22:00 h. Final Entry form   An Final Entry form is enclosed. Please complete it and return it to the Organising Committee (address above) no later than 20 July, 2002. Costs and expenses   The costs of your stay are 60 USD (66 EUR) per day and person, if accommodated in double rooms, full board 80 USD (88 EUR) per day and person, if accommodated in single rooms, full board (50 % discount for the observers or young shooter with the assistant) plus 25 USD (27.5 EUR) per competitor - IBSA capitation fee. Accommodation   All delegations will be accommodated in Hotel Akadémia. Accommodation reservations will be made by the organisers according to information supplied on the Entry Form. Finances   All organisational costs and costs for the local transportation connected with the race will be met by the Organiser. Transportation   There are several different flights to and from Košice International Airport : - Czech airlines operate twice-daily flights from Prague. - Swissair (in co-operation with Slovak airliners) offers flights from Zurich to Košice via Bratislava. - Tirolean Airways fly on weekdays from Vienna. The organisers will provide transport between the airport and the hotel.
